Terms and Conditions
We work with an annual subscription. You pay 351 Euros for a Yearly subscription to Dazuld - this comes to 29.25 Euros per month.
By purchasing an Annual Subscription you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your Annual Subscription at anytime before the next billing cycle. You will get a full refund for the months service not used calculated at 29.25 Euros per month.
For example, you start in January, but cancelled in August, you get back 4 months subscription totaling at €119.25. More details can be found in our cancellation policy.
Automatic Annual Renewal Terms: We bill your credit card for the Annual Subscription renewal fee in the first month of your next Annual Subscription.
Returns: When returning the products, simply place them in the return package we provide and mail them back to us at no cost to you. All the instructions will be in the package you receive with your product.
Buying the product
If you would like to buy the product at the end of the month, or a piece from the previous month this is possible. To do so, you will need to email our customer service department, with the details of the product, (the email shoud sate: which product it is, the brand name and from which jeweller it came from) all the details of the product you can find in the package sent to you. We will send you a special discount code or voucher, this will enable you to get a discount from the jeweller for that piece or the previous months piece. If it is any piece other than the one you have been given for that month, you will need to discuss the price, pick up and any other logistics directly with the jeweler. If you buy the piece you have for that month, let Dazuld know through an email and the price and details can be discussed with the jeweller. They will invoice you directly, and you will pay the ivoice to them. You can then keep the piece you are already using.
The jeweller will then send us a confirmation that the price has been purchased, and you will only then get your next piece for the next month.
You may cancel your account at any time during your subscription. You need to send an email to our customer service with your request.
Once we have received your request, we will start doing the necessary to cancel your subscription. If you cancel during your annual subscription, you can get a refund on whichever amount is left in your account. For example if you cancel in August, (if your account started in January) you will get a refund from September to December. We will ask you to send back the piece of jewellery in your possession at the end of the monthly period. Once we get the piece back in good condition, you will be returned the balance due to you into your account.
Cancellation Policy for Annual Subscription Renewals: Annual Subscription fees are refundable. You may cancel your Annual Subscription renewal at any time after you are billed for the then-current year and before you are billed for the next year, by sending our customer service an email with your request. Once you send the request to cancel, we will confirm we received the request.
The policy is split into 3 categories: Theft, Loss and Damage.
Theft: Is when a piece of jewelry is gone and it can be backed up with a police report.
In case of theft we advise you to either ask for insurance from your own insurance company or you can get theft insurance through us. The last option we can provide for you at an extra surcharge. The extra cost depends on which level of theft insurance you would like to have.
Incase you have this insurance, when theft occurs you can claim the funds directly from the insurance company.
When theft occurs, Dazuld will deduct from your account the total replacement value of the jewelry piece as stipulated by the jeweller. Replacement value will be considerably less than the retail price. Once we have deducted the replacement fee from your account, you will receive the remaining amount back. To continue with the dazuld services, we will start a new annual subscription.
Loss: Is when a piece of jewelry is gone, without any knowledge or recollection of where it went or is.
Incase your piece gets lost. Dazuld will deduct the cost value of the piece from your account.This is the replacement fee; the total replacement value as stipulated by the jeweller. Replacement value will be considerably less than the retail price.
Once we have deducted the replacement fee from your account, you will receive the remaining amount back. To continue with the dazuld services, we will start a new annual subscription.
There are two categories in damage: Wear and tear and actual damage to the piece itself.
A wear and tear is when the piece is starting to show signs of being worn or used varies times. Dazuld does not see it is necessary to charge you for this, as it is not your fault.
Damage is when you can see that there is a significant difference between when sending the piece out to when retrieving it again. If our team see there is actual damage been made to the piece of jewelry you will be charged with a replacement fee, depending on how bad the damage is. Again this fee will come out of your account. What ever still remains in your account, will be paid back to you. To continue with our subscription, you will need to make a new account.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or pass along your personal information to anyone. Name, address, credit card details and other identifying information that you provide is used by and only by Dazuld to maintain complete and accurate transaction between Dazuld and their clients. Our security software specialise in securing commercial transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, band details, name and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.
